Base Coax

I am looking for the big size coax that is also flexable. My dad had some but he an his cable is gone now and I don't know what kind it was but it was blue and flexable. Don't cre about the color but I do care abput it being flexable. What is the code on it like rg8u or whatever it is? Thanks

LMR-400 ultra flex? 1" bend radius, and plenty big for most installations.

LMR is good stuff, but if it is too rich you can check wire man or rf parts. Seems like I had some bury flex that was reasonable and worked well.

How long of a run are you making? If its short enough you can get away with RG8x which is plenty flexible.

I've used RG213 for years for almost everything, including wrapping an ugly balun only 4" in diameter.

hams sure seem to like Davis RF BURY-FLEX . foil shield , tinned braid , stranded center .... if it's good enough for pork butts

I use rg 213. I cant afford the better stuff but for cb 11 meters its not gonna make much diff. If it was vhf or uhf id be more picky.
