Cobra 140gtl Service manual anyone have a PDF?

I am looking for a service manual for a Cobra 140gtl and so far have not been able to find one online.
Does this radio have a "twin"? I would not thought it would be so hard to find.
If you have any ideas where i could find one I am trying to help a local user to be able to troubleshoot
and be able to recap and then align his ssb radio, Thank you.
