Receives very good, listening to skip, talked couple months ago, suspicious nobody is hearing me, now no tx, radio is unmolested, stock, as far as I know, I never opened it, even red paint is still on screws, had it since new, I checked against 2 radios, I know finals are one thing to check first, ground is from board not chassis, tested in AM has original C2166 and C1969.
TR36 and TR38, specs are
TR36 RX 0 13.2 0v TX 0 7.2 .65v
TR38 RX 0 13.26 0v TX 0 7.13 .47v

My radio
TR36 RX 0 13.47 .17v TX 4.23 0 0v
TR38 RX 0 13.47 0 TX 0 0 .08v

The frequency is ok

Any point I should start looking?

I put my super magnifiers on and found fresh flux, looks like there has been something removed from J3 and JA, near the power supply.

I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
