Cobra 148 nwst PC Boards

Resurecting my 148 GTL St's or NWST, one board has 2 IC's IC1 and IC5, other has no IC1 or IC5, the radio I am working on does not have the IC's, CBTricks has the schematics for the board with the IC's, everything else looks identical, but cant find schematic for it, or just go by the IC board version of the schematic and specs?

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
