cobra 200 new board problems

As title got one of these 200's opened it up and checked the frequencies and found it to be fine on the 5's am/fm, but upto 3kc's off on band.
Also the clarifier is junk approx 3kc's each side.
Not going to slate it BUT does anyone have the details to adjust ssb and any thoughts on the clarifier,pls dont say use tp3 on the board as detailed version 1 on cb tricks as theres NO tp3 ?

I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
