Cobra 200

Just a quick question about the mod. I pick up a 200 today from a guy I know and he said it had the channel conversion. I tryed to transmit on 54 thru 63 but I couldn't. Every other channel the radio transmits fine. Is there a second mod to transmit on these frequencies. Thanks

Sounds like R619 is not installed. This link from CBTricks.com should clear things up.
