Is that a Fairchild PLL? Doesn't say if it's 8719 or 8734. It had some red paint covering the symbol.
That's a Fujitsu part. Probably the MB8734 if the radio is all original. But if not, hey, you got lucky.

Thanks, it's gotta go due to pin rot from glue, I usually put in the 8719 and a socket, just wondered since it wasn't marked. The radio is dirty inside and needs a cleaning, glue removal and recap before I do the troubleshooting. The FC needs the TSB done and a recap also. But I'm waiting on the okay from the owner before I order the cap kit. If he declines I will button it back up and hand it over as is.
