Cobra 2000 GTL Restoration

Hello. i'm looking for a reputable CB repair shop to restore my Cobra 2000GTL. The radio is works great, and I want to keep it that way. All I want is a complete re-cap, and new LED meters. No power enhancements are needed. I don't want to send it to a butcher shop. Any suggestions or links?

I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
