Picked up a cobra 29 for a few bucks at a yard sale. Radio doesn't get out. No transmission. I opened it up and found that someone tried to install a swing kit. Looks like they over heated and damaged the board on the positive side of the cap. Is there a way to fix this with a jumper or something?
