Hi, I new to this forum so I hope I'm right in posting here.
I got an cobra 29 ltd classic from a friend and I have a few questions. It has a mod. kit upgraded recieve diodes a irf 520 final upgrade. so for questions when I opened it up I noticed some hacking like the d11 was cut so I replaced that then they had the pa cb switch wired where the j32 jumper was not sure what this does? but I put it back where it belongs, but I'm having a hard time recieveing with this radio on my wilson 5000 antenna and it has a sound coming thru the speaker with the white noise like theres a helicopter inside (lol). and ideas would be great.
