Cobra 29 NH ST Final Replacement

Have this 29 variant with wimpy output. Only doing about 5 swing to 10 with the 2SC2083 final

Can this one be changed out directly with a 1969 final ? That's the setup that will do 6-7 swing to 18-20 right?

And if so, is it just change the final out, same pin configuration, and no other parts needed....just swap and tune?
