Cobra 29

Ok guys I scored a Cobra 29 nighthawk
This thing has backlight just like the elite 78 from uniden
Is there a way I can change the color
Or maybe add led powered behind it it's half gone

I've seen color change mods on the line for the nighthawk. That's a cool find.

Ty gotta do some fixing
They clipped d11 AMC
And tried pieacing jp36 bck after it was cut
Which is the carrier
Dead keys 9-10 watts
Start working on it next week

the nighthawk has about 10 mini bulbs behind the face plate. you can make them any color you want.

Easiest way is to buy the little bulb covers. Your choice of color. I have put LED's in one it was a pain. And you have to use the flat tip LED's. They are the 3mm size.
