I have this radio and purchased a RFX 75 for it. When I install this, what is the proper way to adjust my cb to use it to its full capacity? I have a watt\frequency counter\ swr benchtop on order, and will be a feww weeks before I do the install. Thanks.

you'll also want to have a signal generator, oscilloscope, and ideally a spectrum analyzer. However, there are those that have done the work with what you have and just winged it. You'll definately want that thing to be retuned when you finish the install to ensure you are in fact on frequency.

You'll need a drill and a decent soldering station. Be absolutely sure that your deadkey doesn't go over 15 watts, otherwise, have fun and keep us posted on your progress!
