Connex 3400 squeal

My 3400hp squeals after it has any kind of super tune done to it. I don't think it can be a antenna problem because I can put another radio up and no problems I can move the 3400 to a different truck and same problem. If I have the super tune taken out the problem goes away. Tried different mic's/antennas/coax/grounding/speaker boxes. If I turn the rf power up the squeal will go away but the people say it sounds like it's got air in it or hums. Any ideas on what is wrong
 

That's called feedback. Turn down the Talkback and you should be fine. As for the other problem, it could be that the super tune is over driving the finals. That can cause a whole host of problems. It will make your audio on the receiving end sound distorted. Also, you might have the mike gain turned up too much too. Just a few ideas.

I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
