you could follow rollining radio's suggestion vr-16 and get it peaked the way you want it or you could do it thomas's way and have a box full of crap if you don't do do other mods to regulate you modulation and you would only have to clip one leg of the R279 anyway i think it's the prefered method of chop shops so it's up to you HAPPY MODDING i'm sure you will have a stomp down good sounding rig after you're done cause the connex's take a good modding.
Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
