Somewhere between DC and Daylight..
I recently got my hands on the station I never could afford as a new ham; one who was still in high school at the time of its introduction:

A Yaesu FT901DM and accessories. Along with an FT902DM.

Going to look for an FL-2100Z to use with the '902 on the HF bands, then set up the '901 and associated transverter as a VHF/UHF outfit for my XYL to play around with.

Any current or former owners of either of those rigs on here?

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
