Crash course in SSB?

SSB not that hard

Don't give up. After finding some local SSB traffic you will get the hang of it. No real mystery just a little more tuning required. I find working SSB to be very rewarding. 73

steve....

where are you at in PA???

i'm in reading and we have a pretty good group of operators here that would be happy to give you a hand on 11M SSB if you are close enough....

most of us are hams and spend most of our time on the ham bands so we dont really have a set frequency for CB although when we are there we are usually on 16LSB to play with our classic 23 channel rigs....

PM me through the site and we can get together on a schedule

Incoming Region Produces X3 Solar Flare
    May 15, 2024 @ 14:55 UTC
Another major solar flare, but this time from an active region just beginning to turn into view off the east limb. It is possible that the group responsible is old AR 3654 from the previous rotation. The latest flare, an X2.99 event just peaked at 14:38 UTC (May 15). Stay tuned
