The Chinese Radio Sports Association (CRSA) has requested that 7.050 and 7.060 MHz be kept clear to allow for emergency communications (at times when there might be propagation to the affected area) following the 7.1 earthquake in the Yu Shu District, Qinghai Province on April 13.
