CX-4400 Turbo conversion info

Hi, my brother in law has had a Connex 4400 turbo laying around for several years because he couldn’t figure out how to convert it over. I’ve checked CB tricks and everywhere else I can think of and can’t figure it out either. The radio came with a module but no instructions. I think I figured out which set of one to plug it into but still can’t get it to transmit in the correct frequencies. This radio has the Ranger EPT360015C board in it. Thanks

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
