Dodge truck mounting problem

Dodge truck 2001! Where do u mount the radio. It's not easy finding a space for a radio. Where do u mount yours and How?
 

I did a commercial install of a Kenwood TK-6110, and put the radio on a pedestal mount in front of the center portion of the front seat in one of the new Dodge pickups.

I put the pedestal right up against the seat, and mounted the bracket so the radio hangs in front of it.

The radio is straight up and down. Looks good, everything is accessible, and it makes it real easy to route power and coax out of sight.

I recommend a extension speaker though, because the the radio's speaker is aimed towards the upholstery. That kinda muffles the sound quite a bit.

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
