Dynascan Cobra 29 NIB +


We never displayed one in our shop. The demand at that time was greater than supply. Buyers were waiting for our rationed shipment to arrive, and our box of 10 was empty shortly afterwards. I doubt there would be other 29’s without the extreme popularity of that original. It was a very dependable radio too with the best coffin mic. Unless you have a badly abused or corroded basket case, these are still worthy of restoration IMO.

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
