Realistic Pro-2006 400 Channel Scanner I can say it here since I can't on Ebay.... This scanner is 800MHz cellular unlocked. It features 400 programmable channels, a built in power supply and a screw in telescopic antenna. It recently had the display problem, I replaced the EL panel with a brand new one. My cost for the panel was $19.00 delivered. This scanner looks good and works great.
