It didn't work for me when I tried it...I got an error. I looked at the page code and found that it's just sending an email in. You can do the same thing:

There was some discussion on the list from others who hit the same problem. It seemed most of them were from the UK, so I'm a bit surprised you got bit. Must be some IP filter in place by their ISP.
