Elecraft KX3 with HF AMP


Very possible with the right transistors....probably FETs of some type. Too bad the FCC won't allow HF amps with that type of gain for sale :(
 
it looks like he used the driver & final & bandpass filter from a hf set, if thats what he did you don't need much drive for full output.
