I emailed the seller and he wrote this.



"i had this amp made this way from the factory.amp was never reconditioned.i knew the guy who owned messenger.he is no longer living.he made it aq high drive
no drive stage from the factory".


I guess the heat sink compound and solder spots are a special "Factory" Messenger design.

I don't see $650.00 in that amp. If I'm spending that kind of money The only owner it's gonna have is me because I'm buying straight from the dealer.

The only problem with that is the Man that built them is no longer.
Ray sold Messenger To Billy, and he has passed on, the last units built were sold on EBay with no transistors in them.
The real Messenger amps are no more.

I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
