Expand RX and Tx Band for POLMAR - BD-32

Is possible to extend the bands of Polmar DB-32, here the procedure:

Procedure in order to expand band VHF

Put OFF the radio.
To hold Pressed the key [MENU] and put ON the radio.
(The Written one Appears " RESET? ". Released the key [MENU].
Press the key [MENU] will appear the written one " VFO? ".
You press 2 times key [UP] appears written (BAND?).
You press the key [MENU] Appare the written one " PSWD".
You press on the keyboard the keys [5] [8] [5] [8] appears the written one " BAND1 144-146".
Inserted the new limits of band using the keyboard example " 136 174" for the limits of 136Mhz and 174Mhz.
To press [MENU] in order to confirm
Procedure for espadere band UHF

Put OFF the radio.
To hold Pressed the key [MENU] and put ON the radio.
(The Written one Appears " RESET? ".
Released the key [MENU].
Press the key [MENU] will appear the written " VFO? ".
You press 2 times key [UP] appears written (BAND?).
You press the key [MENU] Appare the written one " PSWD".
You press on the keyboard the keys [5] [8] [5] [8] appears the written one " BAND2 430-440".
Inserted the new limits of band using the keyboard example " 400 470" for the limits of 400Mhz and 470Mhz.
To press [MENU] in order to confirm
