I was surprised at how quick the FCC was in getting back to me. Two days to get my GMRS ticket.
I'm still playing around with the two Boafengs I bought. Boafeng has their own programing software but it's definitely lacking and chirp is better but still not great. I'd like to create my own program in Excell but as far as I know, it won't work with the radio.

I've been leaving one on and set to scan when I'm home and I hear some traffic. I also hear a lot on MURS Green dot (5) ????
