Bought this a couple weeks ago from HRO. It was fully assembled. It's a nice unit and the 3.5" screen is sweet.
Nary a thing wrong with it. Comes with power supply and SD card. I bought a smaller one for my car and a relative gave me one of his several units, so this can go and fund another project.
