What about the p5 p6 switch mod, it looks easier. Also where could I get the switches for that mod. Would the radio have to be aligned after the mod. I am hoping to do this myself so any help will be appreaciated.

I'm pretty sure that you won't need to re-align it - unless it needed it already...
