Galaxy 99v Possible Microphone Board Sticking

Howdy,
I had my Galaxy 99v because my microphone board on my radio was giving me problems and the cb shop tech here locally that is recommendable told me he had to saulder some wires to make the microphone board work when I got everything hooked back up it sounds like the microphone board is causing when i unkey the microphone it sticks for couple of secounds? it doesnt work with the amp inline or when I just run the radio by itself...Any ideas? Im thinking its something to deal with the microphone board

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
