Need some help with my DX2517, It has no transmit in any mode. I checked the two 2sc2312's and the 2sc2166 and they
are fine. When I key down my meter shows mod. but no output power. The receive works fine so i assume its not the TA7772AP. I got the radio in this cond. and it looks like L2 has been turned also there is a crack on the board next to the power supply at C261 and C260 but it doesn't look any connections are broken. Where should I start?
