galaxy dx2527 problem

most of the main board has alittle over 12 volts on it but the 2sb754 only has 5.64 volts and the drivers and the finals are also 5.64 and the wires to the power switch is 5.64 and something is blowed becaause it has no deadkey at all but talkback works im looking at the 2n3771 mounted on the back of the radio the base and the collector has 12 volts but the emitter is only putting out 5.62 so tell me what ya think

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
