galaxy dx44hp channels mixed up

The channels are all mixed up on my radio out of no where. H 19 is right but in order for me to be on channel 2 I have to have it on 15 on the display. Amongst others being mixed up, some only rx on others but tx slightly off. On top of all this my echo goes on for days and is distorted like crazy with the knob only turned up a hair. Anyone have the first clue what to check first?
 

Yeah it happened the same day. Haven't had a chance to open it up yeat but I was just thinking with the echo and band pots next to each other a wire could of came off of one and hit the other. Most likely separate issues just having high hopes

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
