ok so today i had a chance to take a real good look at this radio.everything look good who ever did the modification
new what they were doing.it has upper and lower channels. clarifier is open,Q26 is remove trying to find what number it is to put it back on
i change the factory regulator with tip-41c change R114 to 10k change C18 to 330-16 volts. for experiment i parallel a 12k ohm resister on C109
radio goes as low as 1/2 watt dead key and wide open dead key is 6 watts not bad.

Here is the radio all back together she is pretty one of a kind unident grant xl
in search of a better-looking top cover, this one has 4 holes and missing the round nut in the front of cover

by the way it's for sale trying to upgrade my ham radio trying to get the icom-7300
