Guide me on antenna selection / mounting please (large pictures)

I am considering a Ranger 2950 or 2970n2 radio and would like a good antenna to go with it. I am considering mounting a 102" whip antenna from the side of my bed right behind the cab. My truck is a 2000 Dodge Dakota extended cab, but I found a picture of another truck that has antennas mounted about how I want to.

Are there any antennas this long that have some sort of hook on the end so I can just hook it to a loop on the end of the bed for when I need clearance? Like Andy Griffith had?

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
