Guy makes a 102" CB Base Antenna

102" base antenna
I got an idea from this guy on setting up a 102" whip for a base antenna I have a whip on my homemade tower. Thought about using the stacked tv antennas for a ground plane. My tower is made from 3/4"&1/2" rigid electrical conduit welded together on a jig. It's 2' triangular with three 10' sections,a hinged base and is anchored to a 9000 lb. Concrete footing block in the ground. Hurricane Floyd couldn't touch it. Here's Cryptic Cricket's vid. Enjoy!
