Had a nice QSO with VY1YT in Haines Junction, Yukon Territory on 20m over the holidays from my campsite at Carpenteria State Beach Campground just south of Santa Barbara. My rig was my mobile Icom 706 hooked up to a travel tuner in the seat using ladder line for feed out the window to a 20 meter dipole strung about 15' up between 3 trees horizontal. Not a bad shot for such a low antenna, and one of only a few operators up there in igloo country.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
