Harbach Soft-Start trace sizes

Mine has some pretty small traces.
Anyone know why they did that? Is this like a fuse or something?
I feel I should scrape them off and put a bead of solder on them
Would this hinder the current or volts under load?

HV sag reduced by about 200v on SSB
Not sure why they made the traces so small

if you want Just Hard wire the board! I have Beef up a lot of boards. just dont mahe a loop out of it cut your traces on the board dont make a loop out of it
