As of 9:30 AM*EDST, e-mail service to and from ARRL*Headquarters has been down for more than 24 hours and is not working at the present time. Work is continuing to restore service as soon as possible, but at the moment there is no specific estimate of when service will be completely restored.

Updates regarding e-mail restoration will be posted here as available.

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
