just wonder has any one tried this before and if so what was the results.i have both and thought i would do it just to keep busy. in a stock mic that is. :idea:

I added the (Heil) HC-5 to my stock mic that came with my 2950DX. It sound's great. But after I added a SP-1A in the radio. I really don't use the stock mic with the HC-5 any more.. A lot more PUNCH with the SP 1-A.

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
