i need to order a few parts for a heathkit sb200. my problem is i cant find what i am looking for and some of the terminology is a little sketchy. could someone please tell me where to find these parts and if there arent exact matches then let me know what would work. by the way i have been to rf parts and found most of this stuff but here are a few that are giving me problems. these values are straight out of the assembly manual.

5 u uf disk capacitor. rf parts has .005uf parts, is this the same thing, just written a different way?

also a 28uh rf choke, rf parts has this in 22 and 33. would one of these work?

everything else is just simple resistors to be replaced.

thanks, L8ter

The 5 u uf capacitor is a 5 picofarad unit. The old way of naming "pico" was to call it "micro-micro" hence the two "u" symbols. As for the 28 uH choke it would depend where in the circuit it was as to whether a 22 or 33 uH unit would work.If it is just to choke out RF then I would go with the 33 uH one if it will carry the current.
