Help in Making Wouxun KG-UVD1P Freq Speak

Can somebody give me a step by step instruction on how to make the 1P speak the frequency. I've tried and passed it on to a friend since my being blind I might have been missing something. He is also having trouble so that is why I'm writing.

Press Menu + 9, the screen Displays "Voice English"
Press Menu to enter, press Up or down to select "Chinese, English or Off voice Prompt".
Press Menu to confirm.
Press Exit to standby.

I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
