Help wiring a echo board

The echo board probably has two sets of shielded audio wires, then a positive and negative wire. One set of audio wires are the input. They connect to the mic connector on the inside of the radio. Go to CB tricks for mic wiring info Ranger RCI-2950 Service Manual
to establish the pins you need to work with. The output set of shielded wires go either the cicuit board as you see here at :39 into the video
Ranger RCI-2950DX with TRBX3 Echo Slider and Talkback - YouTube
or you can connect them to the two wires you disconnect from the mic plug.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
