IM LOOKING TO INSTALL A BALCONY BASE ANTENNA. CAN ANYONE MENTION ANY ANTENNA'S TO ME TO USE. I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET A GOOD GROUND ON THIS COTTON PICKA.

Get an antenna tuner and make a wire antenna. Run it along the roof line of the balcony.

Your best bet is some kind of wire antenna. A vertical dipole would work. I think you asked this same question a while back and got some pretty good responses.
