Went to buy a NIB Cushcraft 13B2 from a fellow ham & got a bonus ant! He had a new/never used PDL-II that is unfortunately missing a few parts. BUT,I just happen to have said missing parts from another PDL-II that I bought several years ago that was also new/never used. Now I'll be able to combine the 2 sets & have 1 complete brand new quad! I believe I'm gonna re-tune it for 10 mtrs tho. I'll have plenty of spare parts for a long time to come too. I paid the gentleman $30.oo for the latest one & only paid $25.oo for the earlier one so I came out well ahead! Just wanted to share another good fortune I got 8-)

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
