Cast back to days of yore to 23 channel Hygain Vs. They had a VFO that could be added. I have a friend who's trying to locate wiring directions for one of these. Some of the hygain Vs had a plug on the back but this is one of the ones that doesn't so it must be wired on the inside. It's not like a PAL vfo with just a couple of connections. This one has about eight.

OK, here is what i would go! FIRST look on Ebay, and if that does not work, call MAYCOM, they should have one of those laying around!

    Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
