i have a issue with my cobra 139 23 channel

Double r is this the same cobra 139 23 channel converted to 40 that does not transmit or receive ? I have already found 1 issue with the relays that I did fix but still has no transmit or receive it's deadi have a issue with my cobra 139 23 channel , its been converted to do 40 channel , i can transmit , it show mod on the radio metter , but if i put a extel meter in line it dont move the needles on it , i dont here , what i normaly here on my cobra 29 , idk what the deal is with this old base love to get it fix any ideas let me know.

@ heartbreaker3473:Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
