The AC power cord I've been using is only 18AWG (nice heavy plastic though, lol). Mounting the IEC320 receptacle was almost the first thing I did when the build began. In front of me & in my hand all this time. I blew fuses all the way up to 15A during the first few power-ups. At least there still some hope of better performance.
