Icom 271A Power Cord for DC?

I was sent this question by a forum member. Maybe one of you have done this and can help him out.

Here is that note:
"hey robb wold you know how to wire up a icom 271a power cord for dc there are 4 wires inside that go to the plug red an black i know them but there are another red an organe wire too any ideas..."
