Afriend of mine is selling one of these cheap but it needs work he recieved it like that. First problem is it has very quiet recieve volume has to be cranked open to here it transmits great but problem 2 is that when your on 11 meters it shows the 10 meyter frequency so instead of 27 it shows 28 for example if you were on 27.375.0 the display on this Icom 701 would read 28.375.0 I dont understand that??? Or this problem with the volume on recieve being so quiet the volume on the radio has to be all the way up. But yet the transmit is fine. I am thinking someone messed up somewhere on the 11 meters conversion and screwed it up. What do you think ??? Thanks Tony
